Problem in windows mail

Hi all,

I am hoping someone can help me. I have a slite problem in windows mail on a windows vista home basixc. I am not able to deltte an old mail that I have in my inbox. I also am not able to download all of the messages from the server e ven though the info is currect. I keep getting the message your pop3 server has not responded in 60 seconds I then have stop or wait.

If I delete the message I get the excepttion error. It then locks up,. Annie idea how to fix this? Thanks.

I'm not giving you an answer just the tools to find it with. Go to www.microsoft.com and in the search box type windows mail or windows live mail. Now in that section you'll find the help section and you can type your question in the box provided, or get a phone number you can call.
